Description

Pony rides, a unicorn experience, or simply just brushing and enjoying a horse - our little pony enjoys all the attention! He can be booked as your main event, or added onto any other package for half price - just ask for him when you book. This package requires a 10’ x 10’ flat area to setup. We also need enough room on the street or in your driveway to safely park our truck and trailer (approx 30’). Please be sure the designated riding area is free of debris or anything that could be hazardous. There is a 100lb weight limit for riders for the pony’s safety. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking. Travel Fee – $1 per mile round trip, rounded down to the nearest 20. (Ex. 118 miles round trip = $100 travel fee). No travel fee for any event under 30 miles.

Cancellation Policy

Normal Cancellation Policy: The Client may choose to cancel their event up to 24 hours before the start of their event with a cancellation fee of 50% of the contracted event price. Exceptions for weather: If the weather looks like it may hinder the event, the Client is responsible for contacting Cottonwood Ridge Farms to discuss possible options. In the event that weather causes a cancellation Between 12 hours - 36 hours before the scheduled event start time the Client may reschedule the event within the same calendar year. The full payment must be paid by the original event date but will be held as a credit for the new date. The Client may reschedule 1 time for weather without incurring any additional charges. We require that all Client pets be confined prior to our arrival and during the event. Our animal's health and well-being is our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or end an event early if we feel our animals are overly stressed or endangered.

Liability Waiver

Each participant must fill out a liability waiver prior to participating in any of our events. Waivers will be kept on file and are valid for one year. Copies of this form are on-hand and may be filled out when we arrive if clients are unable to beforehand.
