Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the time of your session. We accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your session to reschedule or cancel. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign our liability waiver and allow the group before you to exit. We ask that, if possible, groups carpool in 1-2 vehicles due to limited parking. Close-toed shoes are ideal. Treats for the animals will be provided. Our animal's health and well-being is our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or end an event early if we feel our animals are overly stressed or endangered.
