Party Barn Rental
Description
Want the party animals but don’t have the space at home? Borrow our horse barn - it’s yours for the whole day! Decorate the barn however you wish before your guests arrive, then celebrate with family and friends. We’ll provide the animals of your choosing! Barn space is reserved for you from 9am-7pm. You may visit anytime to decorate, drop off supplies, arrange tables & chairs, etc. Party is 2 hours. Cleanup is your responsibility and must be done before the end of the day. The barn is 40x30x12. Please make sure any inflatables, decorations, etc will fit if placing them inside. Outdoor space adjacent to the barn is available, weather permitting. Parking for the Party Barn is limited (our farm is our home!) and can accommodate only 8-10 vehicles. Therefore, we advise that only small parties or those that can carpool utilize our space. Desired animals must be communicated ahead of time to ensure they are available the day of your party. Our crew is busy with events and we want you to have your favorites there! Party-goers are limited to the barn area only - no farm tours are available for biosecurity purposes. Contact us directly with questions and to book!
Cancellation Policy
Normal Cancellation Policy: The Client may choose to cancel their event up to 24 hours before the start of their event with a cancellation fee of 50% of the contracted event price. Exceptions for weather: If the weather looks like it may hinder the event, the Client is responsible for contacting Cottonwood Ridge Farms to discuss possible options. In the event that weather causes a cancellation Between 12 hours - 36 hours before the scheduled event start time the Client may reschedule the event within the same calendar year. The full payment must be paid by the original event date but will be held as a credit for the new date. The Client may reschedule 1 time for weather without incurring any additional charges. We require that all Client pets be confined prior to our arrival and during the event. Our animal's health and well-being is our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or end an event early if we feel our animals are overly stressed or endangered.
